How do you turn off post approval?
No, I don't believe it's possible to turn off post approval. Unless your talking about something completely different.
If posts are automatically needed approval, you'd have enabled that, it's not enabled by default.
Just undo what you did to enable it.
I mean, can I turn it off so that I do not need to approve the post. Like this forum.

I have no idea what the heck you're talking about at all...
If posts need approving, you would have turned it on, you would have made it do that, so just go back to where you turned it on, and turn it off. It is not enabled by default.
I just checked with the admin account you gave me yesterday, and in the 'Hobby Place' and 'Introductions' forums, the settings 'Yes, moderate new posts', 'Yes, moderate new threads', 'Yes, moderate new attachments', 'Yes, moderate posts after they've been edited' are all ticked, and these are not ticked by default.
Check forum permissions, and uncheck the box that says 'Moderate Posts'.
