No, the error is about a column in the usergroups table, this is a list of tables, gpcss1 is not a table. Scroll down to the mybb_usergroups table, click the little icon of the hand pointing to the paper next to the usergroups table, this is where you're supposed to be, you'll see gpcss1 here.

I have gpcss1 ,2,3 and 4.

But what should i delete.If i press the "X" button won't the whole guests be removed ?

No, now you're browsing the table, you didn't click the icon of the hand pointing to the paper, you pressed the one to browse it Press the Structure tab along the top, then you will be able to delete the column.
