Is there a way to add different

<meta name="description" content="my custom description" /> 

to each and every forum/page? Ex: I want different descriptions for the Index, and for each of my forums.

Use this on separate templates, e.g. on index, showthread, forumdisplay.

Already have that installed, how do I edit the forum's Meta Descriptions?

You don't need to, it uses whatever is in the first post.

You can add your own meta description to the index using the code you posted above.
