How would I block many PROXIES, without having to make a large list?

Mybbcentral has one, but you have to pay a membership there

To my Knowledge labroccas (MyBBCentral) is the only such plugin.

Actually, it isn't. The Lead Developer of MillionCMS made such a plugin for us, you would have to ask him (username is Azareal on here)

No. If it was released publically, people would find ways to get around it. Currently it blocks EVERY proxy known.

Every proxy known bar the dynamic ones from Trojan's that install a proxy server on people's computers you mean

I suppose your right. Proxy services like tor are not blocked by this plugin though.

So long as you can dynamically grab the lists this isn't hard to do. I used to do it on phpBB 2 with blocked email lists off various honey pot sites.
