Site not opening

I have got the database from my hosting service, should i restore this database to my new hosting service and it will work? should all my forum and posts will work? what to do next? should i have to create a database in admincp of hosting service first? kindly guide me through this problem.

Well, if you are moving host, then yes, resote your database to the new host. All posts, forums, users etc will be fine. You can make backups via your ACP, or via your current hosts control panel.

To restore your database, login to your new hosts control panel, and go to phpMyAdmin (or something similar) and import the backup.

i also have to make new database name there or not? kindly guide

Create a new database on the new host, then import your backup to it in phpMyAdmin.
