the System Mail Log is full of errors:

The mail server does not understand the RCPT TO command. Reason: 555 5.5.2 Syntax error. 7sm2488879wet.24

the script generation errors is: http://***/mybb/member.php?action=resetpassword

Most of emails was sent to BOTs like :
Heise IT-Markt [Crawler]
AdsBot [Google]
FAST WebCrawler [Crawler]
..etc

The most curious is that half of emails dated at 11-30-2010, 23:10
while the second half dated at 12-06-2010, 18:04

Most probably the bots are crawling your site and following links to the reset password page. Try adding member.php to your robots.txt to deny access
