Using this plugin

I input the correct Web Property ID, but Google Analytics says that I haven't installed the tracking code yet. Is there another way to install the Tracking code?

take the code that you see in your Google analytics code, and put in the option.

I have multiple themes, is it possible to do this without editing all of my themes?

It really only takes a couple of seconds per theme, the only other mod does not put it on all pages.

I had problems with that too, so I said, "Screw It" to the plugin.

Google Recommends to put it before /head, but I put it before /body, so what you could just do is put the ga.js code right at the very end of the footer template.

Yeah i thought there was something wrong with the plugin, and there probably is, to do it, it really is easy to do.

You need to wait some time before analytics catches data.

BTW, i put my codes in footer.
