it does say that, but unless you minimize the wibiya bar, you can't see it.

I don't see the point of what your forum is about. Like other people has been saying.
The Powered By message is being hidden, I asked you to make it visible 36 hours ago, you've even been given code to do it, but it's still not visible, so I'll just close this until you fix it. I've also updated the rules so it explicitly says it has to be clearly visible at all times.
