Try and be a bit more patient, I'm sure you can wait more than 10 minutes for an answer, we're not servants.
I think they want to remove the whole thing not just the /, in which case you have to remove <navigation> from the header template.
Remove &language=english from the URL.
@jondan are the steps in my post what you want to do, or...??
ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > **expand the template set for your theme** > Header Templates > header > find and remove <navigation> and save. Is this what you want to do...??

Go to:
http://yourdomain.com/admin/index.php?mo...8&expand=6
Replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name and find;
<title>{$mybb->settings['bbname']}</title>
Replace
{$mybb->settings['bbname']}
to what ever you want to do for theme's title. Same procedure for "
forumdisplay" and "
showthread" templates. But remember it will only effect's the theme's tile. If you want to Replace your title, then you've to edit it via AdminCP -> Configurations > General Settings.
