This has gone too far. I have a captcha. I have that bloody Stop Forum Spam plugin. What else is there to do?

I've noticed that 99.9% of my spam comes from a specific country (YMMV). GeoIP + .htaccess = WIN! (Personally, I would make it so that the country in question cannot register but can still view the forums so this blocks the spam while still allowing legit users to view my content.)
