Ok, ive got a new dedi (stardust.dev-network.com). I have installed ISP config (followed the perfect server tut @ HTF)

Now, I need to get stardust.dev-network.com to resolve properly to 66.23.237.82. I also need to setup some nameservers (ns3.dev-network.com -> 66.23.237.82) and (ns4.dev-network.com -> 66.23.237.83).

Dev-Network.com is hosted on Godaddy, and i have added 2 "host" entries (ns3 & ns4.dev-network.com) pointing to their respective IP's (above). What else do i need to do on the server end?

are you running bind or named or other dns service on your server? what control panel are you running?

Control panel: ISPConfig3
NS software:MyDNS i think (ran "which bind", "which named" and "which mydns" and only mydns came up with a version so i assume its that )

i am not familiar with those packages, so i can't help. sorry.

Did you create your custom nameservers in the domain registrar's control panel??

Yes I think so, I added what godaddy call a "host" :

Ns3.dev-network.com
Ns4.dev-network.com
