Should be sorted. Was about to give up for now and go for my dinner but then I saw the problem; for some reason, the datahandler files were in ./inc/languages/, and all files inside here are loaded when you load a page on the forum, so it can get the available languages. However this causes a problem when the normal code tries include these files from their proper locations, as the same actual code is being loaded twice, and it doesn't like it.

So yeah, should be fine now
