I installed apart twilight and none of the icons for UCP admin or Mod CP come up. The logo also doesn't show up. Any suggestions?

Link? Try reuploading the images, and check the imagedir is correct in:
ACP->themes& style -> themes -> apart twilight

Did you upload all of the images. If you are using firefox, right click it and click view image, or for ie click properties.

I tried, but it didn't work. I switched the theme.

So it's fixed now?

No, sadly it didn't I will have to work on it later.
