Hey everyone. I'm hoping you can help me...

Recently a problem has come up on my forums where members post but their "post count" does not increase...for example a new member posted 3 times and their post count still stands at 0... how can I go about fixing this?

1st of all, make sure the the settings for the group are set to count posts toward user's post, more details in this tutorial.

If that didn't help, please try to recount the stats of the forum from the Admin CP > DB Maintainance > Recount Stats

If that also didn't help, please upload this to the root of your board, and execute it.

That won't do anything to solve this problem.

Basically you need to check if the "Use post counts" option is enabled for each of your forums.
