I'm not sure why this is happening, but when I demote people on my forums (http://forums.millioncms.com/) to Registered, the forum puts them to a banned group or a group that can't post. Anyone got advice??

I've experienced this, the whole page when i visit the forum.. used to show error . It showed some kinda "my support" error
when ii scroll down, i could see the forum header with links to user cP etc, but bellow that a warning that said "you don't have permission to access this page, you might be banned blah blah.."
