I was wondering if there was a plugin for a "Contact Us" page. In it, you would have to post your name, subject, email, and write your message.

thanks, does it cost money o download stuff from mybb Central?

If you actually looked on their forums, it does state that ....

I registered to mybb Central but you have to pay for anything you download Is there any free version of this?

I don't believe there is. MyBB Central has always been a subscriber only site.
