Change the theme to a different theme.
A forum about proxies is never going to succeed. I don't want to share my private proxies, and there's nothing rewarding if I do share them.
Also, .info looks real bad.

Too true! I've had this one for ages now and it is dying. Proxies are getting easier to block now.
Good: Well, no offence, but there's not a lot of good stuff. The only thing I can say that is good about your site is you have a domain, you're not hosted on a crappy free host.
Bad: Well, the topic of the forum is a dead topic which nobody's interested in, and you're using the default theme. Get a new theme and install a few plugins.
