I have a problem, today I wanted to convert my phpBB3 forum to MyBB 1.6, unfortunately encountered the bug with passwords. The fields are blank passwords. Screen here

This is not a bug. Your forum converted correctly. Did you upload and activate the loginconvert plugin? If so then your users will be able to log in. Until they log in the first time using their password from your phpBB3 forum the password field will be blank.

Just one question I have

I have a forum on localhost, and i do backup on my hosting it will work passwords?

As long as the loginconvert plugin is installed all the old passwords should work.
