Okay, I have downloaded it, but I don't know what to do, will somebody give me steps please.
Extract the zip. Upload everything in your plugin folder to the appropriate directories, then go to your plugins menu and enable it.
Did you read the install guide in the download folder.

Now put the extracted files in the plugin folder to your files, so put everything that is in languages and plugins to your forum directory under inc. so it should be inc/plugins and inc/languages.
