You can't do much against hackers if your site isn't as important as a corporation site or government site . The best you can do is try talking with your host for better security methods and IP banning the hackers IP's. Also exercise extreme security on and around your forums. Banning a hackers IP does nothing. If they hacked you in the first place, they're going to know how to use programs such as Tor..
