Good: You have a very nice theme on your forum, I really like it. Also the grammar and spelling you use on your site is good quality and makes you seem a lot more professional.
Bad: I would change the banner as it's a little dull and boring at the moment, and also you need a lot more activity on your site. Keep promoting your site and more activity will come.
