There is no reputation Icon on my forum? I can't give or take away rep. In fact there is no way to add it.
You've probably not enabled the Reputation system.
ACP -> Configuration -> Reputation -> Enable Reputation System: Yes
No, according to my ACP it is not...
Where are you expecting to see a button?? There's a link called Rate on user profiles, a button called Rate User on a rep report page, and a button in the postbit to give a reputation for a post.
So yes, it's not enabled or yes it is?? Printscreen the page you're seeing.

So then check the enable box and save your settings at the bottom of the forum. Then, if you want to change how many points different usergroups can give, you go and edit the usergroup settings and the setting is in there.

Are you using a 1.6 theme?? If it was a 1.6 compatible theme, it'd be showing.
Edit: Just looked at your forum, you're using a 1.4 theme, no 1.6 features are going to be showing. Use a 1.6 theme.
