The new topic icon for Navy Blue is not working. Any Ideas? All the other icons are working fine. You can check it out here: http://hobbyplace.co.cc

I assume it's uploaded?

Try opening it in paint or something and saving it as PNG (if It's a GIF) or vice versa.

Make sure ./images/pronavy/newthread.gif is uploaded.
