Loads perfectly fine for me, but you've till not posted your debug stats from the footer...

if u don't know how to get debug stats do this:
go to ACP General configuration >> find where it marks Server and Optimization Options click on it>> scroll down and find Advanced Stats / Debug information check it yes >> click save setting and go to ur index page and it will be at the bottom.
i have on yes, but i deleted the code in footer template :/

try changing the the Gzip compression.

i honestly don't see anything wrong with that..
I would say these things will slow your forum down:
- The redirect form / to /forum
- The advert images (loaded from offsite)
- Fetching server stats (dont know how that is done but it may be slowing you down)
- Shoutbox
0.08 seconds is reasonable for the forum. So it seems there is something else slowing you down.
i tried with out those , but nothing , still is slow :/
