Is there anyway i can send a msg to everybody on the site at once?

Change "YOURSITE.TLD" to your website link.

Not a good idea to do it all at once 'cause most hosts don't let you. Only do so much at a time, like 15 per 15 mins. :3

Go to user group, then mass mail

This. Many hosts will suspend you for spamming etc so you may want to ask them first
