Its a theme problem. Theme not loading properly...Please check whether you have the correct permissions to the folders whose permissions you have to change before installing MyBB.

Your theme's CSS stylesheet is missing. Try to re-install the "theme".

Chmod your folder correctly

okay, now the theme is working.
but now when i try to login to the admin panel then it says:
[an error occurred while processing this directive]

That theme is NOT mybb 1.6 compatible.

That's a server error, and your actual forum says it's not been installed.
