I've run out of time to help this user since I'm going away for the holidays. If another Staff could take over I would appreciate it. He did PM me with info, but it was incorrect or the ftp needs a hosts.allow entry, and that is why I'm now out of time.
PM me valid FTP login details and forum ACP login details. I don't know why this has taken 3 days to fix, it should take 3 minutes.

May i also add, that chrome has problem with cookies if the date of the PC is incorrect!
