MyBB 1.6.0 to MyBB 1.6.1 Full Upgrade

All files and directories have good CHMOD in Panel Control ...

Do you still get this bug when you use the english language??

With english panel administrator, it's now OK ...

No french language v1.6.1, just v1.6.0 but I can use only english with admin panel.

I'll test the french language in admincp and see if I can replicate the problem and I'll let the translators know.
