can anyone say me about how to create bulk user accounts ?

do i get any ready made plugin for this purpose (i made a search on Resources / Plugins & Code Modifications / Releases but not found by me )

please help me ..

There is a plugin for this somewhere, I can't remember what it's called though.

i also seen a plugin for making sample accounts months before....
but cant get the name now....?

Making fake accounts doesn't really help getting activity anyway.
