Is there any option to re enable it ?

URL?? I want to be sure your not trying to get support while owning a hacking forum as you had originally been denied for that reason before.

Its not just in my threads even in my Admin Panel I don't see any "Lat Visited IP" and stuff !

Try the following;
ACP > Templates > Postbit Templates > postbit > and revert back to original.

I reverted but still No IP logged.I checked m group..IPs viewing is enabled !! Still nothing..
