I need something that pays out trough PayPal. I did a search on here and I saw buysellads was suggested but that requires 100k views monthly? So, I can't use that for a while
So does any one know of anything good?
try some of these, some may not pay out by paypal though. I have heard bad reviews about some of them, but i know adbrite is good. I don't know just check them out and see if you want to join them or not...

My mistake, the thread that came up was not true. Past Adbrite i don't know of any alternitives that don't suck.

Honestly I have not come across something better than Adsense. But, what kind of ads you looking for? Like text links, banners, or ones that like make words link and give you product info when you mouse over the(you know the really annoying ones
); as some only specialize in certain ad types.
