hello, i have a runescape private server, and i want a theme that will look like a runescape private server forum, can someone please do this for me for free, pleasee. ty!

I doubt anyone will do a custom theme for you for free. The only way i could see someone doing this is if they release it to the public, but for you individually, i don't see it happening, sorry.

o well okay, was worth a try though, anyways does anyone know a runescape theme that is already released? if so can u post it please

Why not learn how to design a theme, not that hard to make a simple one, may not be the best but it will do until you can pay for one.
