How can I convert a skin from MyBB to wordpress?
Rewrite it?? Not sure what sort of answer you're expecting, these aren't the WordPress forums, and MyBB themes and WordPress themes are completely different. You can't just 'convert' it, you'd have to go through the WordPress CSS classes and rewrite the CSS so it's similar to the MyBB theme.

Im not like asking if there is a tool to do it or something a long that, Im wondering if anyone would mind helping me try it/ do it and such. Or a tutorial.
