Default MyBB coppa form doesn't ask country where user live. Can someone add this feature to MyBB coppa form?

Just add a custom profile field and force it to be filled on registration.

http://mods.mybb.com/view/country-flag-in-postbit-2.0 Might work with 1.6 too just have to make changes in the compatibility.
