Sure, you may edit it.

What you needed to do was, go to admin cp, find the forum that needs to be edited from online to offline or vice versa.
edit options of the forum and change the description to offline / online

Well i like the plugin from Yald.
and something else Yald.From where the tpl_on grab the id of the forum?Cause i want to set some static id's for "online".
