Those are just group images, they aren't usertitles, he's using a mod to display additional usergroup images.

Where do i put it

Upload this and Extract the .zip archie in your forum root. Activate it in Plugin Manager.

erm.. Do you mean to find "plugin" folder ?

It is located here: ./inc/plugins/ <--- Upload plugin file here, or if you want to extract the ".zip" archive then Upload the above plugin's .zip archive in forum's root and extract there

Thank you another question just do additional usergroups somehow??

And for addinal group images can you make them go sideways??
