Registration not working, after click register it just show blank page.help me yesterday i installed mybb with some plugins

ezTrader (1.0.1)
Google SEO (1.1.13)
Min. Posts For Vote and Signatures (0.1)
Plugin Uploader (0.3.1)
PM Spy (1.0)
reCAPTCHA Plugin (1.1)
VIP Membership (1.5)

It's probably the reCAPTCHA or Askimet. Disable them and try again.

yeah it's working now,actually the problem is for google seo i uploaded modified functions.php is for 1.4 version,now i replaced with 1.6 version functions.php.

Okay everything is fine now?
