I don't even know if this is possible, but if it is will someone please tell me how to do this?

Whenever a topic is 1 week old I want it to automatically be moved to another forum. I thought delayed moderation could do this but as far as I can see it only does it for specific threads. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?
