MyBB 1.1.1

I try posting a URL [http://www.rapidshare.de] in my post, I click submit and I get an error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/newthread.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.shock260.z42.us Port 80

This error only occurs with the URL: http://www.rapidshare.de. With other URL's it works fine. Please help thanks.

Please see the following thread about mod_security. I suspect it is the reason why you can't.
