is there a way to get my Forum TIME match to our Country Time ?
and How?

Forum time is determined by the individual user's Time Zone settings.

You can set the 'Default Time' via Admin>Configuration options.

Maybe someone knows of an 'Auto' time-zone plugin?

If the time is completely out even though the timezones are right, you'll need to ask your host about it as the server time will be wrong. Make sure the setting is right in your User CP Options.
