Go to Admin Control Panel -> Configuration and Settings -> languages -> YOUR Language Set -> member.lang -> Edit and find;

ah never noticed that before, thanks, so you can have up to 5 paragraphs? Do they all need to be filled or can some be left empty?
Small problem, Im getting
I think because I used <br /> in one of the agreement fields HELP lol
Ive replace member.lang.php with a fresh copy and all appears ok now. By previously putting <br /> in one of the agreement fields would this have damaged any other php files??
Also its it ok to put html / links in the agreement fields??

ok thanks, every time I update it, I get that error but now its working fine now. Those errors before could they have corrupted any other files other than member.lang.php? Thats what Im worried about

Nope, the other files will be fine, as you didn't edit them.
