hello, everyone, I am new to mybb, and am converting several of my forums over from smf, and phpbb.

That being said, smf had a simple little download deal in the admin section ,for you to easily download mods, and themes? I can seem to find this with mybb, and when I try to upload a theme, it says file not found, the files are saved as a zip.

Also, plugins or mods, where do I download these? I have checked file folders and see nothing, so any help would be apreciated.

When you install a theme, you need to decompress (unzip) the zip file, and upload the folder containing the themes images to ./images, and then you need to import the XML that is provided with the theme via the ACP's "Import a theme" option.

As for the mods, you can find mods on the Mods Site as well as third party plugin sites. With a majority of plugins, you just need to upload the plugin file to ./inc/plugins.
