hi i have filezilla and MyBB 1.6 but when i want to run it in filezilla ask me for a host, user name, pasword and port but i don't know what i suppose to write there

Having a direct connection to the internet doesn't have anything to do with FTP. When you signed up for web-hosting, you should have received an email containing your cPanel (or another control panel) login along with FTP details. Contact your host if you are having problems with this.
