I need a coder that can do quite a big mod to my forums. It shouldn't be very complex, just time consuming with what I want it to do when finished.

I need someone who:
1. Can code a new page for the forums (Like a rule page type deal)
2. Can integrate certain things into an SQL
3. Knows the forum coding enough to be able to access and change everything I need done.

Payment is definitely an option. We can discuss a price if need be. I'd really like this done fairly quickly, but I'm a patient man so I can wait.

I can code the design. I am learning SQL so that wont be an option right now.
