I'm pretty sure on MyShoutbox you can set it to appear at the top.

The refresh thing,
go to AdmincP >> Configuration >> Settings >> MyShoutbox >> Refresh Interval >> Set the time interval you need it to auto refresh.

i have it set for 15 and it still refreshes the who page...

Are you viewing the shoutbox in full mode ?
yea for now until i get a person that can get me a better one...
lol, if you view it in full mode, the obviously the whole page will refresh bro!
