Do you want to install two separate forums? If so, just use two different table prefixes. For example, forum one will use the prefix "forum1", forum two, will use "forum2".

So, you want to use one database for both forums. If a user posts in forum one, it will post the same thing on forum two?
If so, just install forum one as you would normally. Afterwards, copy the config.php file (located in your inc/ directory), and copy it to your forum two directory (in the inc/) directory. When you visit the forum two location, it will probably give you an error saying that the install directory still exists. If so, just remove the install directory.
Edit: This actually will not work, as the cookie settings will be conflicted between the two forums.
