I would like an article or reveiw system to be made. I am offering $8.25 (USD) via PayPal to whoever excepts this. Also if possible it would be for me to distribute(or atleast have a footer copyright).

What I would need in it is.

Yes it sorta does, but it is more for reveiws. Think you can do it? Either would be fine.
