How can I set my forum so only staff can use HTML in posts?

User ID's - 1
Affected forums - Left blank.
I can't make this into a table though...

Uh, it should be real HTMl not Bbcode. Also, you'll want to add forums that the plugin affects.

Are you posting it in forum 2? And, may I have a test account?
You should not add "Administrators" as a "User Group ID". It should be "4" without quotes.

Oops. Sorry for this. Yeah, It is failing to parse the html code after posting. While previewing it is showing as the html code is parsed but after posting it is not.
