so far, only Msn search has my site listed correctly
Remember that it also takes time for spiders to find and spider your site. Some spiders don't even look at the keywords/description meta data and just take the info from the page content.

yes and if im not mistaken that will ad a title to your forum in the search engine results
a title is already there, it appears to read the <title>GamerzHQ</title> line as well
This is all to do with SEO.
The best tips for you is, go onto google.com. Type in your fav site (or site thats popular and simular to yours. DON'T say forum!!) I.E type 'your idol site', directory. Then google will display ALL the sites that your idol sites in.
Sometimes it's free to submit them...sometimes it's a few bucks. But paying gets you submited quicker.

Another tip when searching good directories are their page ranks. I reccomend:

Type in a sites PRank and the higher the better. I.e PR1-3 is BAD, PR4-6 is average and PR7-10 is good! (the top sites are in this)
You want to submit to PR4+ sites
your PR is 0....but you are listed in google which is a good thing...
-Try getting links on other sites simular to yours and swapping links...
To be honest forums are too general, most sites have them...You ideally need a main web page...
The good thing about forums are the keywords on the page it'self...
STEP 1:
GO to google and type SEO and research....
STEP 2: don't be TOO general in your keywords, like final fantasy (far too general) use something like final fantasy ifrit or something...
