I'm looking for a designer who can copy my wordpress theme exactly, so that it's the same width etc and includes the banner/footer. I'm not seeking anything overlay fancy, something in keeping with the design with regards to MyBB but I would like the postbit/signature area dressing up.

This shouldn't involve too much, not sure if it's my budget or the fact it's the festive season but I am very keen on having this work done. If it is the price I open to conversations regarding this with designers, although I don't want anything too much or flash.
